We believe in clear communication about pricing. Explore the overview below to estimate the investment for each service.
General information
- For private customers all prices include 21% VAT.
- For businesses all prices exclude 21% VAT.
- Our hourly rates are per person.
- If two cleaners are scheduled you will be invoiced twice the hourly rate (only for larger jobs).
Window cleaning - Residential
The rates below apply to regular exterior window cleaning.
The more frequently we visit, the more affordable the rate.

- Street discount applies with a minimum of 5 participating homes.
- All prices include VAT.
We clean by hand and/or with a telescopic system depending on the situation.
Additional cleaning services

Gutter and fascia board cleaning
- Gutters: €5,- per linear meter
- Fascia boards: €5,- per linear meter (average terraced house is 5 meters front and 5 meters rear)
Wood or uPVC facade cleaning
- €4,- per m2
We clean manually and/or with a telescopic system.
Solar panel cleaning
- €4,- to €8,- per panel
Rate depends on accessibility: do we need to work at height or can it be done from the ground? We use a telescopic system with purified water.
Veranda / conservatory cleaning
- Glass facade: €10,- to €50,-
- Roof cleaning: €50,- to €150,-
Garage door cleaning
- €30,- to €120,-
Dormer cleaning
- From the ground: €70,- to €100,-
- At height: €100,- to €150,-
Domestic, periodic & office cleaning
- €45,- per hour
End-of-tenancy cleaning
We are available for end-of-tenancy or pre-delivery cleaning of homes and business premises.
Need help after moving out while the property is empty? We take care of the full deep-clean so you can focus on the handover.

Payment
- Payment is handled via invoice, QR code or payment link based on the actual work performed.
You never pay more than necessary.
Call-out fee
- Outside the municipality of Middelburg we charge €0,23 per driven kilometer (round trip).
