Transparent rates for every cleaning project

We believe in clear communication about pricing. Explore the overview below to estimate the investment for each service.

General information

For private customers all prices include 21% VAT.
For businesses all prices exclude 21% VAT.
Our hourly rates are per person.
If two cleaners are scheduled you will be invoiced twice the hourly rate (only for larger jobs).

In addition to exterior window cleaning we now also offer interior glass cleaning.

This way you enjoy spotless glass throughout the entire property.

Please note: homes with a lot of glass or detailed frames may require more time (for example €180,- for 3 hours indoors and 1 hour outdoors).

Rates every 6 / 8 weeks (one-off jobs are based on €45,- per hour).

Example: Terraced house outside €35,- + inside €40,- = total €75,-.

We clean by hand and/or with a telescopic system depending on the situation.

Combine services for the best end result. Use the guide prices below to estimate your investment.

Gutters: €5,- per linear meter
Fascia boards: €5,- per linear meter (average terraced house is 5 meters front and 5 meters rear)

Combo deal: book gutters and fascia boards together and pay only €7,- per linear meter for both.

We clean manually and/or with a telescopic system.

Rate depends on accessibility: do we need to work at height or can it be done from the ground? We use a telescopic system with purified water.

Rates are per dormer and depend on size and required effort. Dormers that need safety lines incur an additional €119,99.

We are available for end-of-tenancy or pre-delivery cleaning of homes and business premises.

Payment is handled via invoice, QR code or payment link based on the actual work performed.

You never pay more than necessary.

Outside the municipality of Middelburg we charge €0,23 per driven kilometer (round trip).
