Transparent rates for every cleaning project
We believe in clear communication about pricing. Explore the overview below to estimate the investment for each service.
General information
- For private customers all prices include 21% VAT.
- For businesses all prices exclude 21% VAT.
- Our hourly rates are per person.
- If two cleaners are scheduled you will be invoiced twice the hourly rate (only for larger jobs).
All amounts shown are starting prices. The final rate depends on the number of windows, accessibility, the condition of the glass and the size of the job, so it may be higher. You always receive a no-obligation quote with a fixed price up front.
Commercial: quoted per object
For commercial clients we do not work from a rate card but quote per object. The price depends on the square metres of glass, accessibility, the frequency you want and whether it covers interior glazing, exterior glazing or both.
Owners’ associations and property managers
Apartment complexes, communal areas and stairwells, on a fixed annual schedule with one point of contact.
Business premises and offices
Glass facades, office glazing and atriums, inside and out, schedulable outside office hours.
Holiday parks and accommodation
Holiday parks, holiday accommodation and managed holiday homes, planned around changeover days and the season.
Car garages and showrooms
Garages, specialist workshops and dealer showrooms, where clear glass is part of the presentation.
Listed buildings and museums
Careful cleaning with methods suited to historic glass, frames and facade materials.
On a recurring maintenance contract the price per visit is lower than for one-off jobs.

- Street discount applies with a minimum of 5 participating homes.
- All prices include VAT.
We clean by hand and/or with a telescopic system depending on the situation.
Additional cleaning services

Gutter and fascia board cleaning
- Gutters: €5,- per linear meter
- Fascia boards: €5,- per linear meter (average terraced house is 5 meters front and 5 meters rear)
Combo deal: book gutters and fascia boards together and pay only €7,- per linear meter for both.
Wood or uPVC facade cleaning
- €4,- per m2
We clean manually and/or with a telescopic system.
Solar panel cleaning
- €4,- to €8,- per panel
Rate depends on accessibility: do we need to work at height or can it be done from the ground? We use a telescopic system with purified water.
Veranda / conservatory cleaning
- Glass facade: €10,- to €50,-
- Roof cleaning: €50,- to €150,-
Guide prices only. Final cost depends on the size and workload and may be higher.
Garage door cleaning
- €30,- to €120,-
Guide prices depending on the size and level of contamination.
Dormer cleaning
- From the ground: €70,- to €100,-
- At height: €100,- to €150,-
Rates are per dormer and depend on size and required effort. Dormers that need safety lines incur an additional €119,99.
Domestic, periodic & office cleaning
- €45,- per hour
End-of-tenancy cleaning
We are available for end-of-tenancy or pre-delivery cleaning of homes and business premises.
Need help after moving out while the property is empty? We take care of the full deep-clean so you can focus on the handover.

Payment
- Payment is handled via invoice, QR code or payment link based on the actual work performed.
You never pay more than necessary.
Call-out fee
- Outside the municipality of Middelburg we charge €0,23 per driven kilometer (round trip).
