Dit document legt uit hoe wij uw persoonsgegevens verzamelen, gebruiken en beveiligen binnen de Europese Economische Ruimte.

1. Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke

Mooi Huis Cleaning Services is verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van persoonsgegevens en handelt volgens de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG).

3. Doeleinden & rechtsgrond

Dienstverlening en klantenbeheer (contractuele noodzaak).
Planning, facturatie en administratie (wettelijke verplichting en gerechtvaardigd belang).
Klantenservice en communicatie (contractuele noodzaak/gerechtvaardigd belang).
Marketing en website-analyse via Google Analytics (toestemming).
Fraudepreventie en beveiliging van onze systemen (gerechtvaardigd belang).

4. Bewaartermijnen

Wij bewaren persoonsgegevens zolang dit noodzakelijk is voor het doel waarvoor ze werden verzameld.
Factuur- en administratieve gegevens worden conform Nederlandse wetgeving minimaal 7 jaar bewaard.
Cookies en consentregistraties worden maximaal 13 maanden bewaard of totdat u uw voorkeur wijzigt.

5. Delen met derden

Hosting- en infrastructuurpartners die onze website en e-mail mogelijk maken.
Betaaldienst- en boekhoudproviders voor facturatie.
Analytics- en marketingdiensten (zoals Google) wanneer u daarvoor toestemming geeft.
Overheidsinstanties wanneer dit wettelijk verplicht is.
Met alle verwerkers zijn verwerkersovereenkomsten gesloten conform de AVG.

6. Cookies & toestemmingsbeheer

Onze cookiebanner biedt u de keuze tussen essentiële cookies, analyse en advertentiecookies.
U kunt toestemming weigeren of later intrekken via de knop “Privacy settings” die rechtsonder verschijnt nadat u een keuze hebt gemaakt.
De voorkeuren worden vastgelegd met behulp van Google Consent Mode zodat tags zich aanpassen aan uw keuze.

7. Uw privacyrechten

Recht op inzage in uw gegevens.
Recht op rectificatie of verwijdering.
Recht op beperking van of bezwaar tegen de verwerking.

8. Internationale doorgifte

Wanneer gegevens buiten de EER worden verwerkt (bijvoorbeeld door Amerikaanse clouddiensten) zorgen wij voor passende waarborgen zoals standaardcontractbepalingen van de EU.

9. Wijzigingen

Wij kunnen dit privacybeleid aanpassen om te voldoen aan nieuwe wettelijke vereisten of om onze diensten te verbeteren.
